Peaches with Raspberry Coulis - Persikor med halloncoulis

PEACHES WITH RASPBERRY COULIS
Persikor med halloncoulis

Serves 4

6 canned peach halves
14 oz raspberries
0.6 cup peach syrup from the can
2 tablespoons peach liqueur (optional)
lemon balm


Take up the peaches and place 4 halves on serving plates. Cut the remaining 2 halves in wedges and Place them around the halves. Mix the raspberries and optional liquid and flavor to taste. Pour the sauce around the peaches.
