Sunny Cake - Solens kaka

SUNNY CAKE
Solens kaka

1 cake

3 eggs
1.2 cup sugar
8.8 oz Kesella
1 teaspoon vanilla sugar
some salt
3½ oz melted butter or margarine
1.2 cup flour
1 teaspoon baking powder
flaked almonds


Preheat oven to 392F.

Beat eggs and sugar until fluffy. Stir in Kesella, vanilla sugar, salt, butter and flour mixed with baking powder. Blend well. Pour the batter in a greased, floured springform pan, diameter approx 9 inches. Sprinkle with flaked almonds and bake in the lower part of the oven for about 45 minutes. Try with a tester that should come out dry. It should be a little sticky in the middle.
