QUEEN OF MUFFINS

3½ oz butter or margarine
2 eggs
0.8 cup sugar
0.4 cup soured milk
0.8 cup flour
2 teaspoons baking powder
4.4 oz frozen raspberries and blueberries
1 tablespoon flour
1 oz flaked almonds
Decoration:
powdered sugar
Preheat oven to 437F.
Melt the butter and allow to cool slightly. Beat eggs and sugar until fluffy and stir in the sugar and soured milk. Mix flour with baking powder and gently stir this in. Divide the batter in the baking tins, sift the berries with flour and divide the berries in the batter. Sprinkle with flaked almonds and bake for about 14 minutes.
Sift with powdered sugar when serving.
