CHOCOLATE MOUSSE WITH MERINGUES
AND STRAWBERRIES
Chokladmousse med maränger och jordgubbar
Serves 4
2 cups ready-made, chilled chocolate mousse
(I have no idea if that is measured in cups but
it gives you an idea of how much you need ...)
8 meringues
0.4 cup heavy cream
3½ oz strawberries
Beat the mousse until fluffy, then alternate it with meringues in a large bowl or serving cups. Beat the cream and top the mousse with it. Decorate with split strawberries.
