WALNUT TOSCA PEACHES
Persikor med valnötstosca

Serves 4

1 can peaches, approx 16 oz
2½ oz walnuts
1.7 oz hazelnuts
2½ oz butter
0.3 cup sugar
2 tablespoons flour
0.2 cup regular milk

For serving:
whipped cream


Preheat oven to 437F. 

Drain the peaches and put them with the rounded side up in an oven-proof pan. Roughly chop walnuts and hazelnuts. Mix butter, sugar, flour and milk in a saucepan and heat while stirring. Add nuts and simmer for a couple of minutes.

Divide this tosca mixture over the peaches and bake in the middle of the oven for about 10 minutes. Serve with whipped cream.
